Thomas “Tom” Neuwirth, better known as her drag persona Conchita Wurst, is an Austrian singer. In the role of Conchita Wurst, she represented Austria at the 59 Annual Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Copenhagen, Denmark. The singer, who identifies as gender neutral, uses female pronouns for herself.
Wurst is also a member of the former boy band Jetz Anders.
