Dragonfest is the largest Asian cultural and Martial Arts expo on the West Coast. Filled with cultural performances such as Hawaiian Hula dancing, Chinese Lions, Japanese Taiko Drumming, a Stunt Show and more.
Over 120 booths line the event which include Anime Artists, Martial Arts Products, Movie Production Companies, Books, Dvds, etc. The event is also filled with martial arts celebrities such as Michael Jai White, Joe Mantegna, Cynthia Rothrock, Robin Shou, Phil Morris, Don Wilson, James Lew and such martial arts icons as Benny Urquidez, Doug Wong, Art Camacho, Gerald Okamura, Eric Lee, Al Leong, Tak Kubota, Leo Fong, Phillip Rhee just to name a few.
The Expo is on August 5, 2017 at the Convention Center and the VIP Red Carpet Event is at the Museum itself, both in Burbank, CA. This event is a charity fundraiser for the Museum, this is our 13th year overall for Dragonfest.
